Description

The machine is IPC P4 control, LCD display, programmable test the stator performance, including cold status resistance, dielectric strength, surge and insulation resistance. Double stations, move the plexiglass cover to switch the condition of on-off, close the plexiglass cover, the machine enter testing mode automatically, finish the testing for each testing item automatically, display the test result, judge OK or NG, it will sound-light alarm if the stator is NG. The testing cycle time for each stator is less than 10sec (including the insulation resistance testing time)

Testing items includes: cold status resistance, surge, dielectric strength, insulation resistance,etc. Machine can be customized.

It’s suitable for testing universal motor stator, water pump motor stator, power tool motor stator,etc.
