Description：
-This machine will lace the over-hang of the stator
-Double sides lacing at the same time
-With turnover mechanism
-Manually move the middle-formed-stator from the conveyor to the machine, load the stator onto the mold of the machine, press “start” button, turnover mechanism works to rotate the stator from horizontal pose to vertical pose, turnover move the stator inside the machine, complete the lacing process automatically. After that, turnover mechanism move stator out, rotate to get the stators in horizontal pose. Manually move the stator from machine to conveyor and move it to next station.
Automatically knotting.
-For the same modle stator, when stack length changes, do mechanical adjustment
-Optional: 4 servo or 6 servo control
4servo: 2 servo for needle rotation angle, 1 servo for indexing, 1servo for spindle
6servo: 2servo for needle rotation angle, 2servo for needle up-down, 1servo for indexing, 1servo for indexing, if use 6servo, the over height application range is wider(22-55mm)
If use 4servo, will use cam for the needle up-down, 12mm cam for over-hang height 30-40mm 14mm cam for over-hang height 40-50mm
