lThis winding machine is double flyer winding structure, servo manipulator do the loading and unloading. The winding tension can be set and adjusted by the electronic tensioner for different dia.wire (servo tensioner is applicable if customer require), it has wire-broken alarm function.

lAdopts fast change-over structure for the tooling, big power servo motor to control the winding flyer fork, suitable for wide range dia.wire.

It can store more than 20sets winding data which is able to be called-out at any time.
